Exploring Matter with Synchrotron Light CD-ROM

New edition of the Exploring Matter with Synchrotron Light CD-ROM - presenting its consortium of some major synchrotron R&D centers: ESRF (France), APS (USA), CLS (Canada) and SOLEIL Synchrotron (France) and some educational topic updates

The new edition of the Exploring Matter with Synchrotron Light CD-ROM encyclopedia is already released, presenting its consortium of some major synchrotron research centers - European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (France), Advanced Photon Source (USA), Canadian Light Source and Soleil Synchrotron (France), together with some updates.

The Exploring Matter with Synchrotron Light is the only CD-ROM encyclopedia rendering synchrotron research accessible to the general public, universities and industrialists.

This new edition makes a multimedia presentation of partner Synchrotron Facilities and updates of some educational topic updates.

This encyclopedic volume is part of the Nanopolis™ encyclopedia series, gathering knowledge from the entire spectrum of exploring and manipulating matter at the nanoscale: synchrotron light, neutrons and nanotechnology.

The 2nd volume, “Exploring matter with neutrons”, is currently being developed in partnership with the Institutes Laue-Langevin (Fra), ISIS (UK), LANSCE(USA), Jülich Forschungszentrum (Ger), LLB-CEA (Fra) and GKSS (Ger).

The 3rd volume of the Nanopolis™ series, "Exploring Nanotechnology" is currently under development and covers the research domains spawned by the emergence of new exploration techniques in the last few years.
